This is the kind of hotel you only spend a night and move on to your next destination place. It has all your basic needs. Few food places nearby within a walking distance. The room, at least mine is large enough for 4 people to move around. I even used the small gym. It was nice. The breakfast is typical. Our family stay here every time we go on a cruise ship. It’s airport shuttle service definitely a plus. Nothing fancy but good enough.

Lovely location for the cruise ports. Great breakfasts. Our room on the third floor needed a lot of maintenance. Tub faucet falling off the wall and rolling blinds were not in working order. One elevator was not working either. But overall, we had restful sleep and good breakfast. Room was clean.

Arrived here for a precruise one night stay. The room was nice and had a kitchenette but pans needed replacing. The closet doors in the bathroom were off their tracks and unusable. Free breakfast in the morning was a miss. We went down at 8:45am (closed at 10a) and so many items were out. Hash browns, cereal, waffles - nothing. It looked like one person was trying to keep up but just wasn’t working out. We walked over to Hyatt Place next door and the breakfast was delicious!!

Not sure what has happened to this location over the past few years but it has gone downhill. We had several issues with our keys and had to have several keys re-programmed because they would shut off after one use. It is a real hassle to come into a hotel late and not be able to get in the door closest to your room. Also, the main elevator was not in service for the entire time we were there. The breakfast is okay but not being managed properly, many items were out and not refreshed. Overall, this hotel needs help. We won't stay there again.

Enjoying my stay here! Very friendly front desk staff. Room is clean and well appointed. Location is great - with walkable nearby shops and restaurants. Shuttle to airport and cruise port is offered (additional cost for cruise port - but that is expected). I would recommend staying here!

Breakfast food selection was limited and quality was poor. Pool was ice cold. I would at least expect some degree of warming. Hallways were dark and dated. Our rooms was slightly dated while the lobby was fresh and new.

Great experience at this hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Good wifi. Front desk and housekeeping were all very friendly. Shout out to Ernesto at the front desk. He made us feel welcomed!

The hotel and room were ok. Very mediocre, and I think the online pics made it look better in my opinion. I likely won't return due to rude service and unprofessionalism that I experienced there. I actually attempted to upgrade my room because I thought the room was larger based on the online pics; i was met with attitude from a receptionist, so I just stayed one night and left. No one has time for that type of nonsense; there's better places to stay within the same price point.
